Mu Ko Surin National Park Information

Mu Ko Surin National Park is located in the Andaman Sea, near the Thailand-Myanmar border in Phang Nga Province. Area and Geography

The national park covers both sea and land, with a total area of approximately 135 square kilometers. There are five main islands: Ko Surin Nuea (North Surin Island), Ko Surin Tai (South Surin Island), Ko Ree, Ko Khai, and Ko Klang. The park also includes a rich marine area teeming with coral reefs, fish, and diverse marine life.

Mae Yai Bay

Chong Khat Bay

Opening Hours and Transportation

 

Mu Ko Surin National Park is open from November to April, as these months offer the best sea conditions and weather for diving and snorkeling.
To reach the park, visitors can travel by boat, with Kuraburi Pier in Phang Nga Province serving as the main departure point. Speedboats or tour boats are available to reach the Surin Islands.

Entrance Fees

  • Adults: 500 THB

  • Children: 200 THB

These fees apply to Thai citizens, while foreign visitors may have different prices.
